Leaves

We brought the kids to Utah for the week so they could experience Fall. This was all new for Audrey. While walking around temple square in Salt Lake City yesterday she saw some leaves falling from a giant tree. She stopped and watched, fascinated. She says to my mom, "Grandma look! The leaf is falling down, down down! Why is it doing that?"

She was beyond excited when she felt the leaves crunch under her feet as we walked today. It took forever to get to the car after birthday shopping- she had to stop and jump on every single leaf. Oh how I wish we lived in a place with real fall weather and falling, colorful leaves.
