I am reading Glimpses into the Life and Heart of Marjorie Pay Hinckley. This morning this is what I read, " There is something about spirituality that is central to the life of a woman.
"I do not mean the kind of spirituality that only takes you to church on Sunday. Sitting in church will not necessarily make you into a Christian anymore than sitting in a garage will make you into a car. I am talking about the kind of spirituality that makes you behave like a child of God.
"I am talking about the kind of spirituality that breathes reverence into every act and deed.
"I am talking about the spirituality that makes you loving and grateful, and forgiving, and patient, and gentle, and long-suffering with that roommate who drops her clothes on the closet floor and who never, no never, does her share of the cooking and cleaning and who does not ask you before borrowing your pen for the day and who beat you to the boyfriend.
"I am talking about the kind of spirituality that compels you to get in touch with your Heavenly Father every single day of your life."
This just really touched my heart and inspires me to be better- to work harder on developing a spirituality that will make me a better child of God- one who is much closer to her Father. Sister Hinckley was truly an amazing woman. I can't wait to read more about her!

Bowling
Devin and Griffin (my younger brothers) were just in town. We went bowling at Red Rock Lanes and had a blast. It was Wyatt and Audrey's first time bowling (Mara was at school.) Wyatt was hilarious! First he hated it because he had to wear bowling shoes and the ball was too heavy (6 lbs) but once he got started on the second game he decided he LOVED bowling. He keeps asking when we get to go play that bowling game again.

Well, I finally did it- I got the vinyl lettering on my kids' bathroom wall! I love it and can't wait to do more in the house. Thanks Leigh Ann!!!

Random Pictures from the last couple of weeks
So these are some random pictures but I will try to explain some of them. The top one with Mara and Wyatt in the same bed- Wyatt is a cuddler and Mara is not. Wyatt sometimes waits until Mara falls asleep and then goes and snuggles up to her to help him sleep- she HATES this but it is so sweet I couldn't resist taking a picture.
The picture of Mara in her white shirt that says "I heart 2 read" was for reading week last week at school. The next picture was of Mara and Wyatt reading to Audrey- these are the moments that melt my heart.
We have LOTS of pics of Wyatt and Audrey- he just loves that girl and always asks me to take their picture together.
The last three pictures are of the kids all at about 4 months old. I couldn't find one of Wyatt in the tub but the kid was so sick the first year of his life that I am surprised I found any pictures of him at that age. In case you can't tell- the first one is Audrey, then Mara, and then Wyatt.

4 Months Old
Audrey had her 4month check up today. She is a whopping 15 lbs 9 oz. She is also 26 inches long! A big girl. She has two teeth that should be coming through any time now. Her eyes are looking more hazel but one still is somewhat blue. She is a happy girl who is really starting to laugh and enjoy the silly antics of her big brother and sister. She can roll over both ways but prefers to be sitting up and playing with her ring toys. She LOVES to jump in her jumparoo. We just love this squishy, chubby, kissable girl.
