friday afternoon we received another offer for our place! this one was MUCH better than the first offer.  feeling good about the bank accepting this offer. it will get turned in tomorrow and then it is in the bank's hands.  i will update as things unfold.

the Lord is in charge

so much has happened the last few weeks!

after a wrestle with the Lord on knowing FOR SURE that we were to sell our home, we received a definite answer that yes we were and to do it now. A few days later, our place was listed to sale.  That was 2 weeks ago. Last night we got an offer!! so crazy. there are a few condos for sale in our same complex that have been listed for sale for six months or more, but here we are a with an offer in 2 weeks- tender mercies!!! now we wait for the bank to see if they will accept it.  we still don't know for sure where the Lord wants us to go but we trust He will let us know.
